Description
The goal of this course is to introduce students to basic concepts in human biology so that they can apply their knowledge in their everyday lives as informed consumers and users of scientific information. The format of the course is inquiry based within the context of important cultural and social issues. This course will give students a greater appreciation for the sciences and enhance the studentโs ability to make informed and ethical decisions about human biological issues that affect the global community.
